The WiFi connection in my room was unreliable, often dropping out and causing inconvenience.

Amazing location just a few steps away from Piazza Navona. The suite was beautifully furnished and spacious, perfect for our family. The staff, especially Sara and Luis, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at Gens Luxury Suites for a wonderful stay in Rome.

I had a fantastic stay at a luxury hotel in the center of Rome. The hotel's location was superb, being in a great area and close to absolutely everything. I was able to walk everywhere and explore the center of classical Rome easily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and providing any necessary assistance. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were well-appointed.

The location is unbeatable - just minutes from Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. There is a convenient store on the ground floor. Superb hosts, full of enthusiasm and helpfulness. Would stay again!

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of classical Rome and I must say, it was an excellent choice. the location was superb, right off the famous Piazza Navona, making it easy to explore the historical center of the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in for late arrivals. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities and a delicious breakfast included in the rate. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the comfortably firm beds and the reliable internet connection. this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
Nothing at all to complain about, everything was perfect.
